INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Many organisations and teams are seeing the benefits of applying an agile approach to their work, including increased collaboration and engagement, more adaptability, faster delivery and improved quality. But how do we successfully apply those same practices and principles across different
portfolios, products or projects? Our Delivery at Scale course will give you the tools and frameworks needed to apply agile to the broader context of product delivery so you can ensure that you’re delivering working products or solutions while balancing the competing demands across the organisation. This experiential course focusses on real-life examples and hands-on exercises to help you uncover various key concepts for implementing agile at scale. You will learn about adaptive planning techniques and a people-centric transformation approach that can help you achieve the best outcomes for your organisation.

DELIVERY & DURATION

This program is offered in a face-to-face classroom as well as in a virtual classroom setting.

In-person Classroom: 2 days
Virtual Classroom: 3 sessions of 4.5 hours

PRE-REQUISITES

CERTIFICATION

This is an ICAgile accredited course. Successful completion of this course will enable you to gain ICP-DAS Certification. This course is the second course in the ICAgile’s Delivery Management Track.

METHOD USED

This course is designed to allow participants to uncover the Delivery at Scale concepts through group discussions and by examining real-life case scenarios closely. Lecturing is kept to the minimum, most of the learning is achieved through applying the practices and techniques in group exercises.

Qualifications for funding

Eligible Individuals

Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents, physically based in Singapore and
Employed by Singapore-based financial Institutions regulated by MAS or FinTech firms certified by Singapore FinTech Association
Successfully completed the IBF-STS recognised programme (including, being present in the class & passing all assessments)

Companies eligible to submit claims for company-sponsored participants

Singapore-based financial Institutions regulated by MAS (Licensed or exempt from licensing by MAS)
FinTech firms certified by Singapore FinTech Association

Skills Future Credit Eligibility (per April 10th 2023)

50% – 70% claimable certifiable courses fee using SkillsFuture Credit is available for self-sponsored Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident as per the prevailing scheme upon meeting the eligibility criteria.

Singaporeans aged 25 years and above receive $500 SkillsFuture Credit to offset SSG-approved training course fees on top of existing government subsidies. On 31 Dec 2020, there is a one-time top up of $500 for those age 25 and above and an additional $500 (on top of the $500) to every Singapore Citizen (SC) aged 40 to 60 (inclusive).
